We understand that the policy change to no longer allow animals in the gyms may raise some questions within the community.
We value their concerns and have compiled this FAQ to support you in providing clarity.
Why have you changed your animal policy?
• Well-Being: Our top priority is the well-being of our community. While we all love animals, the presence of animals in our facilities can create a liability risk.
• Hygiene: While we appreciate responsible pet owners cleaning up after their animals, it can be challenging to ensure consistent cleanliness standards when pets are present.
• Inclusivity: Some community members may have allergies or fear of animals, and we want to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
When does this new policy take effect?
• The new policy will be effective starting 10/23. We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding during this transition period.
Can I bring my animal to the gym until the policy takes effect?
• Yes, you can continue to bring your animal until the policy takes effect on 10/23. Starting on that date, animals will no longer be allowed.
What if my animal is a service animal?
• Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are exempt from this policy.
